THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT (“Agreement") is entered into by and between AT Services CORP, doing business as Field Services Network (“FSN", “we", “us", or “our"), and you (“Contractor", “you", or “your").
By checking the acceptance box, creating an account, or using the platform at Field Services Network (the “Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
You are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of FSN. You are responsible for all expenses, tools, insurance, and obligations.
You may accept Work Orders through the Platform. Each accepted Work Order is binding and must be completed professionally and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You represent that you are qualified, licensed, and will comply with all applicable laws. You will perform services professionally and will not subcontract without approval.
You will be paid per Work Order. FSN deducts a platform fee of 4%–18%. Payment is made after client payment. No guarantee of work is provided.
You are solely responsible for all taxes and compliance with applicable laws.
You agree to protect confidential information and not disclose it except as required to perform services.
All work product is considered work-for-hire and owned by the client unless otherwise agreed.
Either party may terminate at any time. You must stop using the platform upon termination.
You agree to indemnify FSN against claims arising from your actions. FSN liability is limited to fees collected in the prior six (6) months.
This Agreement is governed by Colorado law. Arbitration shall take place in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement. FSN may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from FSN via authorized messaging providers, including Telnyx.

FSN does not use purchased, rented, or third-party contact lists.
Message frequency varies based on your activity, location, and engagement. You may receive multiple messages per work order, job alert, or account update.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Mobile numbers are used solely for operational communications and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be impacted by network conditions or filtering.
FSN complies with:
FSN may modify SMS terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

All SMS messages will clearly identify Field Services Network (FSN) as the sender.
We retain records of SMS consent including timestamp, IP address, and method of opt-in.
By creating an account, providing your email address, or using the Platform, you expressly consent to receive email communications from FSN related to your account and participation on the Platform.

You acknowledge and agree that emails may be sent using automated technology, including system-generated triggers, workflows, and bulk email systems. These messages may be initiated based on your activity, engagement, account status, geographic location, or Platform interactions.
Email frequency will vary depending on your use of the Platform and participation in work opportunities. You may receive multiple emails per Work Order or job opportunity.
You may opt out of non-essential promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in such communications or by contacting support@fieldservicesnetwork.com. You acknowledge that FSN may continue to send transactional or operational emails necessary to administer your account and fulfill Work Orders.
You agree that all email communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
FSN may use third-party service providers to send emails on its behalf, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards.
BY CHECKING THE ACCEPTANCE BOX, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
